About Us
Habitare Homes is focused on delivering affordable homes with a positive social impact by building new Shared Ownership and Affordable Rental homes across the UK.
We recognise that communities across the country are in need of secure, sustainable and well-designed accommodation for living. We seek to invest in a mix of housing tenures that have a positive impact on the individuals and families who occupy our homes.
To ensure we remain focused on the social impact of the housing we bring to market, we have partnered with the Centre for Regional Economic and Social Research, one of the UK’s leading policy research centres, to perform an annual Impact Audit.
